The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Construction Associate Solicitor with 3 - 5 years PQE for their prestigious City of London team.

The quality of the work this team handles is at the highest level.

You will primarily act for private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds and high-net-worth individuals.
In this role, you will be:

• Advising employers on the terms of building contracts, professional appointments and security documentation
• Assisting the Property team with the construction aspects of sale/purchase contracts and development agreements.
• Assisting the Banking team with the construction aspects of lending and security documents
• Advising several contractors and construction industry professionals on the terms of contracts, professional appointments and security documents.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 - 5 years PQE
• Efficient communication and ability to manage a complex workload and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
