The Role:

Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Associate 2 years PQE to springboard their career within a leading national practice, to be based in their City of London office.

With a client base of FTSE 100 and 250 clients, this team endeavours to act as a trusted business advisor in the delivery of strategic legal advice, project-based pieces as well as day-to-day transactions.

They are seeking an Associate with experience across a broad range of commercial contracts with solid drafting and negotiation skills. In return, you will be given a broad diet of commercial contracts work including: joint ventures, shipping, export controls & sanctions, franchising, international trade, outsourcing, public procurement and supply, distribution & agency agreements.

Retail, financial services, technology and renewable energy remain key sectors for the practice and so there's some really stimulating work in the pipeline.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Associate 2 years PQE with training and experience in a quality practice
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding legal services
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
