Planning, Infrastructure & Public law - Associate/Senior Associate - City of London
The team guides clients on promoting or opposing major infrastructure projects in the road, rail, light rapid transit and ports sectors.
They work on Planning, legislative drafting, parliamentary procedures, public law advice, compulsory purchase, environmental and nature conservation law advice, procurement and competition advice, and legislative procedures, including parliamentary processes and procedures of the devolved Parliaments and Assemblies of the UK. The department also advises on EU law and legislative processes.
