Corporate Associate/Senior Associate - City of London
This firm's Corporate group advises on all aspects of company law. This would include commercial lending and security, financing and refinancing of business, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, company reconstructions, private company mergers and acquisitions and MBOs and MBIs, Aim flotations, takeovers and other public company work.
The corporate team acts for acquirers, private equity and VCT funds, founders/sellers, management teams and funders.
