These include private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and MBOs and MBIs; Equity Capital Markets transactions on both AIM and the Main Market, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings; public takeovers and other public company advisory work; commercial lending and security, equity and debt financing for businesses; joint ventures and shareholders' agreements; company reconstructions and reorganisations and general corporate advisory.
