The Role

Housing Litigation Solicitor 2-6 PQE required to join a leading team in the heart of central London.

This housing litigation role sits within this Top 100 firm's wider Property Litigation department, which benefits from having lawyers with a genuine wealth of expertise. You will find a broad range of work, making for a more exciting role.

The caseload will include disrepair claims, possession claims (including Equality Act and PSED defences), civil injunctions, committal applications, succession, tenancy fraud and advising upon policies that involve tenancy management issues.

The team has an expanding client base. Its reputation has been slowly growing for the last 15 years, a trend they expect to continue. The successful candidate will be exposed to opportunities for further progress and development in caseload, progression and client contact.

In this role, you will report to the partner and will be working independently with your own caseload and for/ alongside all senior solicitors in the team and supporting the partner.

Requirements:

  • Housing Litigation Solicitor 2-6 PQE
  • Must have previous experience in housing and tenancy management, tenancy and social housing litigation, including emergency relief.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen, driven and ambitious to provide the highest levels of services.
