The Role:

This Top 50 ranked, award-winning UK law firm is seeking a Contentious Construction Solicitor NQ-2 PQE to join their City of London team.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside Legal 500 ranked Partners on high-quality work. Joining the firm during a period of high growth means progression opportunities and the firm's size will be abundant.

You will mainly have experience in contentious construction law, with practical experience of the Pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, TCC litigation, mediation, adjudication and ideally, arbitration.

Working knowledge of the standard forms of construction contracts is required, as is the experience of disputes relating to payment issues, change, defects, termination and professional negligence.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Contentious Construction Solicitor NQ-2 PQE.
  • You'll have completed a construction seat in your training contract, or be experienced in this area post qualification
