The company handles a variety of transaction sizes; deals range from the smaller ones, which are around £500-800k or, more typically, standard deal sizes you'll find are circa £20million in value.

You will be joining this exciting and growing company as their sole In-House Legal specialist, working directly with the Managing Director, so this role would suit either an existing Senior Lawyer or an individual looking for greater independence.
You will be involved with matters covering all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, company acquisitions, and contract work.
You will require 4 years of PQE and experience in acquiring commercial and residential property and undertaking a corporate acquisition of a company that holds property assets, particularly by way of share purchase agreements.
