The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their office near Peterborough

You will be working closely with other members of the experienced team, but responsible for managing your own caseload, and will play a pivotal role in offering an unrivalled service to their range of clients.

You will deal with a broad caseload, including:

• Buying & Selling
• Transfer of Equity
• Mortgages and Remortgages
• and Tenancy agreements
• The variety of which will make for an interesting role

They are looking for a motivated Legal Executive, Conveyancer or Solicitor with to join their experienced team of individuals on a varied caseload including more complex matters, reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Conveyancer with 3 PQE
• You should have first-class communication and business development skills
