The role:

Opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 3-5 years PQE to join this dynamic practice based in Marlow, with access to multiple Partners dealing with high-value and interesting work.

You will be working closely alongside Senior Associates and Partners on high-value transactions valued from £2m up to £20m. The work will include M&A, shareholder disputes, corporate reorganisations and other regulatory matters which makes for an incredibly varied and interesting workload for an ambitious individual to explore.

There is also the opportunity to get involved with secured lending and share scheme work, so prior experience in this area is desirable however the team are happy to provide training if this is new to you.

You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space with the support of industry-leading partners.

Requirements:

· Corporate Solicitor 3-5 years PQE with experience in a quality corporate practice
· Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
· Track record in business development and outstanding client care
