Forming part of the firm's multi-disciplinary future energy practice, this firm is looking to welcome a Corporate Clean Energy Associate 3 years PQE with a demonstrable interest/track record in energy-related transactions.

This team acts for national and international clients including funders, investors, technologists and developers who are driving change in the future energy space.

They are looking for someone who can take the lead on standard renewables M&A transactions including advising on disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and co-operation agreements and profit share agreements.

Whilst experience in the energy sector would be an advantage, they are open to hearing from those with robust corporate expertise who wants to shift their focus toward this unique sector.
