The firm:

In line with organic growth and expansion, this firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Associate 2 years PQE to join their multi-disciplinary clean energy team based in Bristol.

With a focus on clean energy, this team advises developers, investors and lenders in relation to wind, offshore wind and solar generation as well as adjacent technologies like AD, energy storage, EVCI and heat networks.

This role would suit someone who has experience with JCT/NEC and potentially other project forms like FIDIC, MF/1. They'd also like to see a real passion for clean energy construction projects and dealing with complex contractual issues at the forefront of the sector.
