The role:

This Top 20 firm is looking to appoint a Financial Services Disputes Associate NQ-3 years PQE to join their growing team based to join their highly renowned practice in Birmingham.

You will be joining a large multi-disciplinary team that provides dispute management advice to a range of financial institutions including domestic and international banks, challenger banks and fintechs.

The work will involve complex secured recoveries, fixed charge receivership, negligence and fraud claims as well as title rectification. As such, you'll have exposure to the whole spectrum of contentious issues including dispute resolution, pre-litigation management and ADS.

As well as those with an existing financial litigation practice, this firm is interested to hear from those who have done a training seat in commercial or insurance litigation and want to specialise in this dynamic area of law.
