The role:

Due to continued expansion, this practice is looking to welcome a Corporate Start-Ups Senior Associate 5 years PQE to bolster their Bristol team.

Supporting the wider Corporate team, this hire will work specifically on investment rounds, growth strategies (organic or through buy and build), group restructurings and exits.

They have a client base of owner and family businesses who are in the early stages of their business venture, as well as advising existing EPC clients on exit strategies and transaction execution, which means there is lots of business development to get involved in and the chance to build your own name in this space.

The ideal candidate:

• Corporate Associate 5 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Strong sense of commerciality and a demonstrable sector interest/focus
• Interest in working with entrepreneurial private companies
