Forming part of the firm's multi-disciplinary clean energy practice, this firm is looking to welcome a Corporate Energy Associate 3 years PQE with a demonstrable interest/track record in energy related transactions, to be based in Bristol.

This team acts for from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net-worth individuals and investors.

They are looking for someone who will work across a varied range of transactions, deals and advisory matters including corporate advice, joint ventures, M&A and fundraisings.

Whilst experience in the energy sector would be an advantage, they are open to hearing from those with robust corporate expertise who wants to shift their focus toward this unique sector.
