The role:

Rare and unique opportunity for a Contentious Construction Senior Associate 7 years PQE to support a dedicated body of lawyers, to be based in Bristol.

You will advise on a mix of disputes in the pre-action stage and in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and in court. Claims will relate those against construction professionals such as engineers, architects, surveyors and design and build contractors.

You will work very closely with the firm's transactional construction team to provide a 360 service when it comes to risk management for client projects within sectors including renewable energy, residential development, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management.

There is a down-to-earth atmosphere and a strong sense of team spirit within the practice, so they're looking for a team player who can mentor and oversee junior fee-earners.
