The role:

Opportunity for a dynamic Construction Solicitor 2 years PQE seeking a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work, to be based in Bristol.

This role would suit someone who wants their practice to be a one-stop-shop when it comes to managing construction transactions and risk management for client projects.

You will be involved in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts including JCT, NEC3 and FIDIC standard forms.

Further, you will advise on a mix of disputes in the pre-action stage and in adjudication, arbitration, mediation and in court. Claims will relate to time, money and defective work/design, during and after the construction phase.
