The role:

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate 3 years PQE to progress within a highly successful dispute resolution team in Bristol.

You will deal with a range of commercial disputes relating to contracts, shareholder and corporate disputes, injunctive relief, financial recoveries, warranty claims, fraud and professional negligence and much more.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.

Requirements:

• Commercial Litigation Associate 3 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
