The role:

Opportunity for a Banking & Finance Litigation Associate 3 years PQE to join a unique practice, to be based out of Bristol.

Led by two preeminent Partners, this team is looking to expand its ranks with a lawyer who has experience in banking litigation and receivership work.

You will take on a caseload for clients from large multinationals and financial institutions through to local owner-managed businesses and SMEs. The disputes will be varied and will often have an international flavour.

There is plenty of support available for the purposes of building your name in this space and discovering new clients and networks.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial/Banking Litigator 3 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
