The role:

Opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE, including 2023 qualifiers, to join a top-tier practice in Bristol.

This leading team of lawyers is considered a go-to for defending clinical negligence claims made against a variety of clients NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

The team is appointed to all NHS Resolution panels, feeding in clinical claims for NHS trusts and primary care beneficiaries and also medical malpractice claims for insurers and independent practitioners.

Therefore, you can expect a varied and interesting caseload of complex and high-value claims, both litigated and pre-litigated, for NHS and/or private healthcare clients.

This role would suit someone who has experience with medical negligence, personal injury, professional negligence or another area of litigation who wants to practice in this highly rewarding and important area of law.

The ideal candidate:

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
• Experience defending high-value and complex litigated and pre-lit clinical negligence claims
• Experience and interest in working for the NHS and/or private healthcare clients
