The Role

Real Estate Partner/Legal Director (Salary Partner) to join Top 50 firm in Bristol

With continued and successful growth due to talent acquisition, not firm merger, the firm's reputation and know-how in Real Estate is nationally recognised and continues to be an area of development and focus for their Bristol office.

With fellow Partners who have moved from local competitors and the City, you'll bring your existing practice or start anew in the region, joining a 150 strong team nationally. Those who joined from larger firms/the City do so to enjoy a less demanding role, whilst maintaining familiar work quality.

Advising both public and private clients, along with investors and end-users, the team prides itself in taking a view from all sides and having the client commitment and broader talent to deliver on being full-service.

Their work in Telecoms, Energy, Infrastructure, Estates and Resi/Mixed Developments is noted, along with increasing traction within the Public Sector. Quality driven, the team are often turning work away to ensure resources are not stretched.
