The role:

This firm is looking for a Property Litigation Senior Associate 5 years PQE or CILEX to join their growing Real Estate disputes practice in Bristol.

Acting for private clients, corporate clients, retailers, landowner developers and property developers and investors, you will deal with a varied diet of Real Estate disputes.

This will include but not be limited to: breach of lease covenant, service charge, dilapidations, break rights, forfeiture and possession claims and more.

The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development with an entrepreneurial flair to drive forward the continued success of the team.

The ideal candidate:

• Property Litigation Senior Associate 5 years PQE or CILEX
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
