Working in the Bristol office or from home if preferred, your influence upon the team will be immediate. Day-to-day, you'll take advantage of a balanced team structure, approachable leadership and paralegal support, along with the use of technologies ensuring your time is used efficiently.

The Role

2 PQE Property Litigation Associate to join Band & Tier 1 team within Bristol Top 50

As one of the leading Real Estate Disputes groups nationally, the team provides real estate disputes advice to commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies, and high net worth individuals in the UK and overseas.

Joining as an Associate, you will advise clients on all areas of disputes, such as L&T, developments, rights disputes, secured lending recovery, telecoms and claimant negligence claims against professionals.

The team is known for securing an early settlement, working with Goldman Sachs, Virgin, National Trust and numerous government authorities as examples.

You'll be mentored by some of the leading players in the industry, with continued development intertwined into the day to day of the role.

The Requirements

  • 2 PQE experience in contentious property gained with a Top 100 or leading regional/boutique firm
  • Drive to expand your sector knowledge and work with the wider team.
  • Hunger to progress within the team
