The Role

3 PQE Projects Solicitor in join Top 50 Bristol firm focusing on construction, redevelopment and infrastructure

Combining market-leading industry sector insight with the highest level of legal expertise, the Bristol-based Projects leads the market as one of the largest and respected teams in the sector.

Playing a pivotal role in the success of projects based in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, across a wide range of industry sectors, with particular strengths in energy, national governance and transportation.

You will work closely with clients in support of legal issues, whilst offering an invaluable commercial prospective. Consequently, you will present a guru-like understanding of the intricacies facing interests within transport/rail, defence, renewables and nuclear power.

In collaboration with colleagues with a background in Finance and Corporate law, you'll see complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects come into fruition with the mindset of getting things over the line, adding continued value to the partnerships in place with an enviable client base.

Your influential position in the team will be of strategic importance, you working closely with Partners in a manner that allows for you to establish your own reputation for excellence both internally and across the sector.

Owing to the technical nature of the role those more junior will receive your guidance, with your own progression being structured and benchmarked to ensure ongoing promotion and reward.

The Requirements

  • 3 PQE, ideally with a background in defence, energy and environment projects, procurement and transportation.
  • The ability to think creatively in response to problems with a fast-paced dynamic
  • Ambition and drive in terms of increasing expertise and career progression
  • Confidence in liaising with clients and nurturing existing partnerships
