This team undertakes the full range of corporate transactional work encompassing M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings.

This hire will be given a high level of exposure and a platform to build your practice with a focus on the work you most enjoy, with the opportunity to work with PE houses, public companies and private organisations.

You will be given a high level of exposure from the outset and a platform to raise your profile within the corporate space.
