The Role

Following a continued period of growth, the team is seeking to expand the Bristol office with an experienced Conveyancing Assistant.

Ideally with a background in conveyancing and 2 years' experience in supporting a fee earner, you will be confident in your demeanour and will take ownership of post completion matters, applying for searches, engaging with clients etc.

and all non-fee earning activities within the conveyancing process. Support staff work 1-2-1 with fee earners, meaning you will have ongoing mentorship.

Operating on the basis of efficiency, transparency and reliability, you will maintain a focus on quality and take pride in the work you do.

You will be keen to expand your knowledge in conveyancing, with the firm providing continued growth and development opportunities, guiding you into a fee earning role and accomplishing the relevant qualifications to do so.

The Requirements

  • 2 years exposure to conveyancing and supporting a fee earner
  • Committed to expand your expertise within Property Law
  • Friendly approach in speaking to clients and colleagues
