The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial, Technology & Data Protection Associate 2 years PQE to progress within a leading commercial team in Bristol.

This team acts for a variety of organisations within public and private sectors, delivering advice on data protection and privacy matters, data security and information governance. They do a lot of work in connection with the development and adoption of emerging technologies making for a stimulating pipeline of work to tap into.

You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.

Prior experience with big-ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for managing projects for major commercial organisations.
