Opportunity for a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor 5 years PQE to join a high-quality real estate team based in Bristol.

You will take on a mixed caseload of work across landlord and tenant matters, complex development projects, acquisitions and disposals of portfolios of property, estate management work and more.

As an established lawyer, you'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.

• Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
