The role:

Are you looking for a boutique environment for your commercial practice with a high level of autonomy? If so, this firm would like from you as they look to hire a Commercial & IP Solicitor 2 years PQE for their Bristol office.

You will undertake a broad range of commercial and corporate work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals. This will include the creation of third-party agreements for outsourcing, manufacturing or partnerships and services.

An interest in IP is also highly desirable, in order to protect and safeguard the interests of the firm's client base.

As an established lawyer who is comfortable running your own transactions and will demonstrate strong technical skills to apply to the management of commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate:

• Commercial Solicitor 2 years PQE who has an interest in IP as well
• Outstanding technical knowledge and commercial experience
• You will be entrepreneurial with a desire to engage in business development projects
