The role:

In line with succession planning, this firm is seeking a Senior Probate Solicitor 5 years PQE or CILEX to join their high-quality team based in Bristol.

This role will have a focus on probate work including the administration of estates, handling tax, trusts and elderly client matters as well as a range of other wider private client matters. Therefore, you must have a solid knowledge and understanding of probate law.

If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.

The ideal candidate:

• Private Client Solicitor 5 years PQE or CILEX with a specialism in probate
• Team player who enjoys working in a collegiate atmosphere
