The role:

Opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior Associate 5 years PQE to join a diverse practice, to be based out of Bristol.

Servicing mostly City-based and international clients, this team advises on all aspects of UK and cross-border tax with a view to meeting business objectives. They do a lot of proactive advisory work, as well as providing support on pressurised transactions.

The work on offer will include tax and structuring advice on inbound investments, financing transactions, fund investments, real estate transactions, corporate M&A and restructurings, and shareholder and investor taxation.

This role would suit an individual who has a strong grasp of UK tax rules gained in a transactional or advisory practice.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate 5 years PQE with a corporate/tax/litigation skill-set
• Excellent technical knowledge together with a commercial approach to legal services
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
