The Role

Residential Property Fee Earner to join Top 100 South-West firm

Unfazed by the stamp holiday, and falling in line with long-term investment goals nationally, an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner has the opportunity to join one of the SW's leading Property teams.

A varied role with the wider office's full support, you'll act for HNW clients on all conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.

Seeking those keen to develop long-term, movement upwards in the team is proven by the background of the existing leadership. The team work as friends, enjoying a high degree of flexibility, and whilst the targets are reasonable; the focus is on quality.

The Requirements

  • Solicitor/CILEx/Licenced Conveyancer.
  • None qualified fee earners are also desired
  • Keen to build longstanding client relationship
  • Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
  • Willingness to continually progress within the team
