The role:

Opportunity for a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer with a passion for the technical side of the law to support one of the best property practices in the UK, to be based out of Bristol.

In line with organic growth, this established Real Estate Knowledge team is looking to welcome another lawyer into the group to support their 150 fee-earners spread across the UK. The remit of work will be varied and include investment and development work, landlord and tenant matters, operational real estate and much more.

You will design and implement precedents, know-how, research resources, training and other technical excellence components to help deliver strategy objectives.

This role would suit a Real Estate Senior Associate 5 years with no upward PQE level, with a passion for the technical side of the law, or an existing PSL seeking a new challenge.

The ideal candidate:

• Real Estate Solicitor or existing PSL with at least 5 years PQE
• Outstanding technical knowledge across a range of real estate matters
• Demonstrable people skills and the ability to engage with lawyers at all levels
