The Role

4 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join Top 100, Tier 1 ranked Regional Heavyweight team in support of national clients and their expanding investment portfolios.

The Commercial Property team support a plethora of national and international clients in all matters concerning their Real Estate and investment portfolios, both in Bristol and across the UK.

Following an ongoing period of business and client growth, a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer is needed to aid in the investment, management and finances concerning the property portfolios of some of the most prolific investors on the market.

You will be a leading advisor in the sector, with your clients owning assets in excess of hundreds of millions of pounds.

The role puts emphasis on technical prowess due to the varied and often challenging nature of needs presented by clients, whilst also ensuring the needs of said clients are adequately managed and in many cases exceeded.

As the team is expanding, the role will involve the mentoring and guidance of those more junior than yourself, as is the case for your own development into a position of leadership via working closely with existing Partners.

Your continued engagement with current and future clients will utilize your management skills, building upon your own reputation in the industry via networking and business development activities.
