The Role

3 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join Top 100, Tier 1 ranked Regional Heavyweight team supporting national clients and their expanding Development interests and portfolios.

Working as one of the leading advisors within the Development sector, you'll be a pivotal player in a team that proactively supports many of the UK's largest volume house builders, registered providers as well as strategic land companies, commercial developers and smaller traditional builders.

The Bristol team prides in offering concise guidance on individual client needs and very much from a commercial mindset, whilst being ever mindful of evolving difficulties and circumstances.

In supporting national clients from numerous regional offices, local knowledge goes hand in hand with the larger presence required to quench the needs of such a diverse and expanding client base

You will take full advantage of your experiences, whilst also building your technical expertise via exposure to a diverse range of matters. This success, coupled with mentoring junior colleagues and continued professional development will lead to ongoing career progression and transitioning into a senior role.

In line with managing and exceeding clients' expectations, you will work closely with existing and future clients to promote a holistic service via regular engagement and business development and networking activities.
