The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Planning Solicitor to join their Reading, Berkshire office.
The Planning department deals with a very high quality of work. It feeds off of the highly successful Real Estate department that is ranked highly in the legal 500 and other directories.
The Planning team covers the full remit of planning matters, from planning obligations, highways and infrastructure, community infrastructure levy, lawful development certificates and supporting other teams in the firm on property acquisitions and disposals, to contentious planning matters such as enforcement, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews, statutory challenges, and appeals.

Requirements

  • You will be a Planning Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
