The Role

• You will work across a range of high-net-worth matters and work closely with highly regarded partners on complex matters.
• The work includes deputyship applications, welfare benefits claims, investment of funds, local authority issues, and attorney disputes.
• The variety of work makes for an interesting caseload and the challenging nature of the work will allow you to develop your ability and progress your career.
• Whilst you will be running your own caseload, you will also become involved in the larger, more high-profile cases with the more senior and experienced members of the team providing genuine opportunities to develop which will be fully supported by the firm.

Requirements

• You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
