The Role

• You will undertake a range of transactional work across Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity.
• With an ever-expanding international client base, much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature and will range from £5m-£100m in value
• You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance

Requirements

• Corporate Solicitor 3-6 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development & marketing of the department projects
