The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE to progress within a commercial team in Reading that is operating at the forefront of multiple sectors.

You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.

Prior exposure to big ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for contributing to large projects for major commercial organisations across business contracts, GDPR, Data Protection, IP and IT.

Requirements:

• Commercial Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE with experience in a quality commercial practice
• Outstanding technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
