The role and Property Litigation practice:

Opening for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE to join one of the largest dispute resolution teams in the UK, to be based in Reading.

• You will be exposed to a varied diet of work acting for occupier, investor or developer clients in all areas of their property needs
• The work will include service charge matters, breaches of covenants in long residential leases including forfeiture, leasehold enfranchisement, statutory and voluntary lease extensions, right to manage matters
• Any experience in short-form residential tenancy matters, principally in respect of AST possession claims, would be highly desirable
• This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.

• Property Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE with experience in a leading department
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
