Work will include the acquisition and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning and construction matters as well as secured acquisition and development finance.

The role and Development & House Building practice:

·The collective national acquisition team acts for all of the UK's major housebuilders on complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, funding arrangements and more

·Therefore, you will be exposed to the most relevant and high-value work available in this area of law with has the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry

·The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support
