The role:

Opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor 3 years PQE to join a well-regarded practice operating out of Reading.

In making applications to the Court of Protection, you will manage the process of acquiring and adapting property, conduct budget planning and obtain applicable financial awards and show a track record in securing beneficial outcomes for clients.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent reporting, billing and file management skills and show a willingness to support junior members of the team on more complex matters.
