This Legal 500 firm have taken on some ex-city Lawyers in recent years, they have pulled across some high-value work which needs to be worked on with diligence. Therefore, they are looking for someone to join their firm to help them with this. They have a reputation among its clients for being thorough with their work and having pride over their caseload. The firm has some exciting growth plans including opening new offices in the next few years. They are looking for an ambitious character to join their team who can work independently and have career progress in their sights.

The Role

The firm is looking to hire an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding team in Slough.

You will be responsible for an existing portfolio and expected to expand this in accordance with their aspirational growth plans.

They are now looking for a client facing Employment Lawyer with significant business development experienced to join them in an a very progressive role, to work on an expanding and exciting portfolio of clients.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of contentious and non-contentious Employment including:

  • Employment Disputes and Tribunals
  • Settlements Contracts and Handbooks
  • Restrictive Covenants
  • Business Restructuring
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
  • TUPE


Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least 4 years PQE
  • There is no upper limit in PQE
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to progress
