The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join their Reading, Berkshire office.

You will work alongside the other partners to drive the department forwards, you will be at the forefront of this growing team. You will oversee, mentor and train more junior members of the team. You will have high levels of autonomy to make the role your own.

The corporate department deals with an extremely high quality of work. The work is very varied and is normally wide spanning across a different range of industry sectors. The work is interesting and they have dealt with some newsworthy matters recently.

The corporate team are friendly, professional and dynamic.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
• You should have first-class communication skills
• The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
