This firm is looking to appoint a confident Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE into their Newbury office.

As the real estate team continues to grow, the firm is looking to appoint an additional Commercial You will be joining a highly renowned team of real estate lawyers who act for some of the largest real estate owners and corporate occupiers in the UK.

The work will include but not be limited to acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property development with some finance too.

Given the popularity and reputation the firm has locally, it's essential that you have a willingness to get involved with business development projects and have a high level of engagement with clients.

Requirements:

• 3 years PQE and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Outstanding communication skills
