The Role:

You will join a market-leading IP team as a Trade Mark Attorney in the firm's Leeds office (with hybrid working).

The role offers genuine variety, with the opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of work, including UK and EUIPO matters, TM disputes, international TM and portfolio design management, commercial agreements, and due diligence. Clients are global, household names, across sectors such as fashion, life sciences, and energy.

You will work closely with renowned partners to develop your skillset while having the autonomy to build your own client relationships and handle your own caseload. This role comes with transparent scope for progression in line with the team's ongoing growth.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Have a keen desire to develop your skills and progress your career
• Ideally, you will have previous client-facing experience
