The Role:

You will join a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked Housing Management team as a Senior Associate or Legal Director in the firm's Leeds office.

You will lead on the firm's non-contentious Housing Management offering, which acts for a range of established clients, including charities, local authorities, higher education institutions, and private landlords.

You can expect responsibility for key client relationships and the investment to build a team in the short term. This role offers clear scope for progression in the short term and the support you need to take your career to the next level.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Housing Management Lawyer with 6+ years PQE
• Previous experience advising on non-contentious housing matters is essential
• Experience acting for local authority clients preferable
• Comfortable with business development and building internal & external relationships
