The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their North West London office, based close to Harrow.

• You will work as part of a growing team of at least 15 between the firms two offices
• The commercial property department deals with an excellent quality of work, you will often work on the other side of top West End and well-known City firms
• You will deal with household-name clients
• You will have the opportunity to get involved in client contact and business development activities
• You will find a varied and broad caseload, making for an interesting role
• You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and professional department
• The caseload will include but not be limited to; Acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management and some construction matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will be able to run a broad commercial property caseload with minimal supervision
• You will have first-class communication skills
• You will receive a leading remuneration package that is dependent and tailored to your level of experience and background
