The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their West End, London office.

The conveyancing department is ranked top tier in the legal 500 and chambers, you will work closely with the private wealth department. All of the work is mainly for HNW individuals dealing with high value and often, complex transactions.

Real Estate is the firms largest department, but the conveyancing team a close-knit team.

You will deal with a general conveyancing caseload which will include; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and mortgages.

• You will have at least 5 years PQE + in conveyancing
• You should have excellent communication skills
• Experience of HNW transactions is to advantage
