The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor / CILEX to join their 4-office strong Buckinghamshire offering.

The firm have a strong reputation for Residential Property, dealing with local, regional and national estate agent. Due to the firm's reputation outside of the city, they offer the highest quality level of work to regional fee-earners.

You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / CILEX 2-5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You will have good client care and business development skills
